Community Building Rental Fees

Please fill out the following online google form lease agreement . Once this form is filled out, we will contact you to verify your hall rental reservation and solidify your date/event.

Community Hall Rental Fees

Residents: $150.00 rental fee, plus a $150 refundable damage deposit
Non-residents: $400.00 plus a $350 refundable damage deposit

There is a $100 clean up charge, if the hall is not left in clean condition.

Use of Community Building may be scheduled on a space time available basis.

Maximum occupancy: 154 with tables and chairs, 330 with chairs.
