Public Notice – The Jerusalem Township Board of Zoning appeals Meeting July 16th, 2025

The Jerusalem Township Board of Zoning appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing on July 16^th, 2025, at 7pm to consider a variance request to allow construction of a pole barn in a front or side yard (Submitted by Juan Juarez). Per JTZC Pole barns shall not be located in any front yard or of a side yard when that yard faces a street or a road. This parcel is located at 730 N Cousino Rd,Oregon Ohio 43616.
