Jerusalem Township thanks MetroParks Toledo for the spur dike constructed at Howard Marsh. This spur dike (see photos) will protect the Jerusalem Township community if a breach were to occur in the legacy dike on the north side of Ward’s Canal beginning at the intersection of Howard Road and Route 2 and extending East and out toward the lake.
We thank MetroParks Toledo for their cooperation and assistance in protecting the safety and property of our Jerusalem Township residents.
